Third phase of Thadagam Housing Charitable Program
The third phase of charity housing project at an estimated investment of INR 1 crore is progressing. The complex will have 18 apartments, among them 6 apartments are ready to handover.
Second phase of Thadagam Housing Charitable Program
The second phase of charity housing project at an estimated investment of INR 1.6 crore. The complex have 15 apartments, and they distributed at free of cost to homeless people in 2022.
Homes for Families in Need
After the formation of the trust in 2017, all these activities were brought under Thadagam Foundation .The first phase of the charity housing project was constructing a residential complex with 9 apartments(2BHK) with an investment of INR 1 crore at Vadakkekad. All these 9 apartments were allotted to homeless families from the adjacent areas.
Supporting the basic necessity
In 2005, the trusties of Thadagam foundation launched an ambitious housing project by donating their land to build 10 houses for the needy people and supporting to build it.
