Women empowerment indicates addressing women powerful to create them proficient in taking decisions for themselves. The combined voice of women is powerful and it can uplift our communities. Thadagam Foundation extends financial assistance to many impoverished families for their daughters’ marriages. Thadagam Foundation supports MSS, a service oriented socio-cultural organization in Kerala, partnering in its women empowerment programs. The initiative focuses on training unemployed women from villages of Kerala. The organization started self-employment support groups for these women to take part in cottage industries like manufacturing carry bags, notebooks, clothing, crafts, and house wares and so on. Thadagam Foundation sponsors the entire initiative.
